Breastmilk Storage Guideline Chart Remember, the guidelines for storing breast milk are as follows: 

1. In the refrigerator----3 to 5 days 
2. Refrigerator freezer (without a separate door)—2 weeks 
3. Refrigerator freezer (with separate door) ---3-4 months 
4. Separate deep freezer --- up to 12 months

You will be surprised how easy it is to accumulate quite the supply to use if you ever need it! :)
